HOSPITALS
AI Oversight is now a CEO/boardroom issue
Most CEOs/board members think they understand where risk sits.
They don’t- at least not fully.
AI is already shaping clinical, operational, and financial decisions, without clear ownership. What looks like tools is becoming infrastructure.
The issue isn’t adoption. It’s control.
If AI is already influencing outcomes in your hospital, are you managing it, or reacting to it?
CAPITAL & GOVERNANCE ALIGNMENT
AI is now a capital decision.
And that makes it my issue.
Capital is moving – department by department, vendor by vendor – often without clear ownership or enterprise oversight. What looks like innovation is quietly becoming infrastructure inside my organization.
Execution is happening.
But alignment is not.
We are deploying capital faster than we are defining governance.
Systems scale. Risk concentrates. Visibility fades.
This isn’t transformation.
It’s exposure.
If I don’t align capital and governance, capital doesn’t compound. It leaks.
